Competitive Salaries:
- Police Officer starting salary: (no experience): $52,000
- Police Officer Virginia certified starting salary: $52,000 + $500.00 per year of service as a Virginia certified Police Officer
- 5 years of service $54,500
- 10 years of service $57,000
- 20+ years of service $62,000
