Competitive Salaries:

  • Police Officer starting salary: (no experience): $52,000
  • Police Officer Virginia certified starting salary: $52,000 + $500.00 per year of service as a Virginia certified Police Officer
    • 5 years of service                 $54,500
    • 10 years of service               $57,000
    • 20+ years of service             $62,000
